THE SCHEDULE

We want to climb safely and recover well, so we will follow this flow:

17:45: Meet at the gym entrance.

18:00: Group Warm-up.

18:15: Climbing time! (Beginners will get guidance on the basics).

20:00: Group Stretching & Cool-down to end the session.

Feel free to stay longer if you still have energy—your ticket includes unlimited entry!

Level: ALL LEVELS are welcome! If you are a complete beginner, don’t worry – we will guide you through the basics to get you started.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes to move in.

Costs: Everyone buys their own ticket directly at the gym reception (cash or card). When buying your ticket, please mention to the reception that you are with the „BAIS Group” so they can mark our attendance.

Option A: I need to rent gear (Includes entrance + shoe rental + chalk bag)

Student (<26): 4,400 HUF total

Adult: 5,100 HUF total

Option B: I have my own climbing shoes (Includes entrance only)

Student (<26): 3,400 HUF

Adult: 4,100 HUF

This is a self-funded event. BAIS team members do not collect any money. The association as a legal entity is not involved in this transaction; you pay the venue directly on the spot.

IMPORTANT

Please reserve your spot by getting a ticket on Eventbrite. Spots are limited.

Don’t forget to cancel your tickets if you are not coming so that others can take your place. Eventbrite is only for reserving your place – all climbing tickets are purchased individually at the gym when you arrive.

We’ll maintain a supportive and encouraging environment on the wall. Please make an effort to climb respectfully and ensure everyone feels safe.

Changing rooms and showers are available.
