Carson Coma is Hungary’s #1 guitar-based rock band, with more than 60 million Spotify streams, and sold out concerts in the biggest venues and festivals of the country. Their new album IV, debuted this June, had a powerful impact on both the audience and critics due the album’s post-punk melodies and strong, politically conscious lyrics. After the scandal of their show at Brussel’s Hungarian Cultural Institute getting cancelled a few days before the concert due to government-critical comments by Carson Coma supporting the Hungarian teachers’ strike, the band has finally announced their first EU tour.

Új lemezük, az idén júniusban megjelent IV már-már post-punkba is nyúló zenei világa és szókimondó szövegei mind a közönség, mind a kritikusok által pozitív fogadtatásban részesültek. Miután májusban a magyar tanár-diák tüntetéseket támogató megjegyzéseik következményeként a brüsszeli Magyar Kulturális Intézet visszamondta a fellépésüket, a zenekar végre bejelentette első önálló EU turnéjukat, Kelet-Európa, felső polc címen.
